Why we need it: To estimate delivery times and successfully ship physical reward items to your correct location. Delivery estimates (3–4 days) are calculated based on your location.

🎂 Date of Birth & Age

Why we need it: To verify that you meet the minimum age requirement to use our services and to comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Your birth date is kept confidential and never displayed publicly.

👤 Beneficiary Information

Why we need it: This is completely optional. You may provide a trusted person's details so that, in the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, your accumulated balance can be properly transferred to someone you trust. This information is securely stored and only accessed with proper verification.

4. Withdrawal Processing Fee — 20%

Why is there a 20% fee on withdrawals?

When you request a withdrawal, we do not keep this amount as profit. This fee covers essential operational costs, including:

🔹 Platform maintenance and server costs
🔹 Customer support and transaction verification
🔹 Service fees and government transaction charges

Example: If you withdraw ₱100.00 → 20% fee = ₱20.00 → You receive ₱80.00 directly to your GCash.

Transparency is important to us — this fee is clearly displayed before you confirm any withdrawal request.

5. Data Security

Your data is securely stored on Firebase, a certified secure cloud platform. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification. However, no online transmission method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
